NOTICE:  We have received reports from some users that lottery tickets will not scan.  This appears to be a problem with only some states, and we sincerely apologize for this.  We are working very hard to resolve the problem.  If this affects you, please first attempt the following suggestions and if it does not work please contact Apple to request a refund at the link below.  If you would like to help make the app better, please send us an email using the in-app contact link and send us a picture of your lottery ticket so we may use it for additional testing (please send high resolution, flat, with good lighting, and try to restrict the picture to just your numbers as much as possible).  An update will be coming soon to help resolve issues.


If your numbers aren't scanned properly, make sure:

  • to try and fill picture as much as possible with numbers you want to scan (eliminate other areas of the ticket or background)

  • only scan your numbers, not the barcode

  • the lighting is bright and even with no shadows or glare

  • the ticket is on a plain background without patterns that may interfere with image processing

  • the camera is even and straight with the ticket

  • the camera lens is clean and the picture is in focus

  • it may require a couple attempts to detect your numbers properly
